Gingerbread spent his life with an unhoused person, living in various homeless shelters, until she went into hospice care. He lived in a small crate and came out to potty on harness and leash. He often hisses when meeting new people which puts off most adopters. He warms up slow but is affectionate once he trusts you. Unfortunately in his new home he keeps his adopter up at night, vocal, demanding attention etc. Oh and he doesn’t like other pets although he might adjust to a mellow dog.
Making a difference one animal at a time.
