This darling girl and her sisters (Bianca and Marcy) are small Chihuahua/Poodle (and about 10 other breeds!) who came to us when a rescue angel saw them being given away at 4-5 weeks in a Walmart parking lot. That is way too young to be taken away from their mother, so we're glad these girls were intercepted and brought to us.
Penni and her siblings have now been raised in the comfort of a loving foster home and she's about ready for adoption now!
