Maxim was wandering the Delta with his sister, being fed by the dog lovers of the community. Sadly, when they went to fill up their food bowls they found his sister dead, Maxim wouldn’t leave her side and was depressed and scared. Rescue angels scooped him up and brought him home but couldn’t keep him. Transport angels brought him to Dogwood today in the stormy, wet weather.
