Making A Difference One Animal At A Time
Bubbles was surrendered to the shelter because her owners cannot afford to treat her medical conditions, and she has plenty. She's a hot mess from head to toe. She struggles to breath through her shortened face and probably needs soft palate surgery. Her over-used teats drag so low that they hinder her movement and her rear is super wonky. We're told she also had a botched cesarean (almost always required for Frenchie type dogs). But for all of that she's a sweet friendly girl who likes attention.
