Good boy Bruce
This darling boy was so good for his vet visit and x-rays. As suspected he’s got an old untreated fracture to the hip and possibly a healed fracture to the femur along with some unusual calcifications around the knee. He’s pretty gimpy and X-rays were sent to the orthopedic surgeon to see how fixable he might be.
Bruce is a 15 pound Cairn/shihtzu type of maybe 8 months old. He was an unclaimed stray, along with another similar looking pup who also came to Dogwood.
