Scruffy meets a friend
Look at Scruffy (the bigger one) meeting a new friend during his dog to dog assessment. So relaxed and happy. Such a sweet boy.
This absolute delightful boy and his equally delightful brother (not pictured) were unclaimed shelter strays, both huge favorites of staff because of their wonderful happy temperaments and constantly wagging tails. Sadly they were still running out of options in the crowded shelter. We somehow managed to squeeze them along with a dozen other desperately needy dogs.
The boys are probably around 9 months old and around 45 pounds. They’ll likely mature around 50-60. Scruffy’s muscular body and wavy, floofalicious coat make us wonder if maybe a pitty and a poodle are in their lineage, along with possibly some lab based on Tofu’s build, more floppy ears and coat.
